i. this little termite move non-stop and I found it will rest for 2-3 s every very move .. then this is my opportunity to use this reflective insect to test my new lighting

The lighting is spectacular. Do you find that you need the tubes on the flash heads to bring more light to the center diffuser?
Have you tried this system with any other macro lens besides the 65mm?

actually it the tube is to reduce the light lost.. even without it the "tent" diffuser work well too just we have more light lost and need more powerful flash ...
nope, I will give it a try on SIGMA150 soon
the lighting is so nice. dont really notice the effect of having flash fired.
