New Found - a scary looking wasp

a big wasp ~2-2.5inch with the long and scary tail... it look like Ichneumon but need confirmation



even found it summer time, it move slow ...manage to capture few angle of this scary looking wasp ...






and for full view .. no chance to change len .. so use stitch method again

How I shoot MACRO - Results of 2010 May Lighting

am busy these few days with works, family ... just want to share some quick result from the new lighting discuss in May 2010 Lighting

the light look amazing , it produce the softness and the natural look (flashless) which I think I will continue to use this minimum another better version is out

i. this little termite move non-stop and I found it will rest for 2-3 s every very move .. then this is my opportunity to use this reflective insect to test my new lighting

a dangerous bug to get close ... recently wasp keep few kids in Malaysia a blog talk about it@http://kampua4life.blogspot.com/2009/11/sarawak-killer-wasps.html .. but I am pretty sure not what I have here ... but then if it stink u .. mean you going to be hurt

not easy to get close but if can find it in the evening or early morning will be easy to get close as they are not really active this time
